THE FORGE HOTEL CONSTRUCTION STAKING PROJECT
Anaconda, Montana
WET completed construction surveying and staking during the construction of the The Forge Hotel in Anaconda, Montana. WET established adequate control points and benchmarks for the Contractor and provided construction staking for items such as building and foundation corners, concrete flatwork and curb/gutter, grade control, etc. WET utilized both total station and GNSS equipment to complete staking tasks and ensure all data was staked to tight tolerances. WET worked cooperatively with the Contractor to meet aggressive schedules which often required surveying in inclement weather and on short notice.
WET also provided material testing services during the construction phase. This included collecting samples of fill material for lab testing, compaction testing, and concrete testing.
