THANIEL & TYNDALL SUBDIVISIONS
Great Falls, Montana
WET completed a variety of services for Ken Cox related to a variety of residential land development projects located in Great Falls including the Thaniel and Tyndall subdivisions which encompassed 160 acres of land. The projects included the development and annexation of several phases of residential subdivisions which required the following tasks:
- Coordination with various City and County departments to guide the project(s) through the City development process including the Planning, Engineering, and Environmental departments
- Site development including survey, geotech, wetland delineation, annexation etc.
- Master planning of 160 acres for future storm drainage, parkland, water, sewer and streets
- Engineering design of roadways, utilities, storm drainage modelling and design, ADA facilities, and grading
- Preparation of plats, design plans, contract documents and project specifications
- Cost estimating and construction oversight
