ROAD DESIGN
WET has completed multiple road reconstruction design and construction oversight projects
WET has utilized multiple design approaches (Geoprobe®, dynamic cone penetrometer testing and 3-point lab CBR testing) to determine the strength of the existing subgrade to design the proposed road cross-section.
Some of WET’s road reconstruction projects have included the use of fabric and triaxial grid to minimize the amount of excavation and import of subbase and base material.
WET takes pride in using new technologies to reduce cost of road reconstruction and improve project life timelines.
