GRANITE STREET APARTMENTS
Butte, Montana
Digger Digs, LLC hired WET to complete the site, grading, utility, and stormwater designs for the Granite Street Apartments near Montana Tech, Butte, Montana. WET submitted water and sanitary sewer main extension reports and designs to DEQ and received DEQ approval before construction. WET staff completed site grading, layout, parking, and stormwater designs and submitted site and stormwater plans to BSB for building permit requirements. WET worked closely with the Architect’s design team for design coordination and completion of construction documents. The site construction for two apartment complexes was completed in the summer of 2017. Additional design phases are planned expansion of the complex. WET provided construction quality assurance, construction survey and staking, special inspections, and contractor oversight for the WET designs.
