ANACONDA SUPERFUND TECHNICAL SERVICES

Since 2012, WET has been the Superfund Technical Services provider for Anaconda-Deer Lodge County (ADLC). This entails providing technical support to the ADLC municipal government in the negotiation of the remedy coordination, funding, and settlement agreement with Atlantic Richfield. The agreement includes, but is not limited to, a robust Institutional Controls Program, a county-operated Attic Abatement Program, and funding for Economic Development. WET’s expertise includes providing support for the recently finalized Consent Decree and Record of Decision (ROD) Amendments, development and redevelopment of properties impacted by Superfund, engineering of stormwater infrastructure, and waste management.
