HANSEN ROAD IMPROVEMENTS

The Hansen Road and Mercury Street Improvements Project consisted of the rehabilitation of Hansen Road from Washoe Street to California Street, and Mercury Street from South Montana Street to South Arizona Street. This rehabilitation included a 2” “mill and fill” throughout each ROW. Approximately 22,300 square yards of street were rehabilitated during this effort. Upgrades also included 18 ADA sidewalk laydowns, soft spot repairs due to poor subgrade, existing manhole and valve collar adjustments, and asphalt striping. This project was completed in the fall 2020 and was designed and constructed within the established budget.
